who wants to keep a food diary with me?

Bfast. Dairylea on brown bread. Cup of tea

Lunch. Egg mayo. Cucumber sticks n humous. Cottage cheese n pineapple. Viscount biscuit. Drink of vimto.

Snack at soft play. Cupcake and coconut water

Tea. Tuna pasta with sweetcorn and peas. 5 cadbury fingers. Cup of tea

Supper. Multigrain shapes cereal, a piece of corn on the cob and a sausage.... That was a random 9pm fridge raid :haha:
 
no breakfast.

lunch baked potato with cheese and coleslaw, chorizo and ham on the side.
fruit salad
 
B. Cup of tea. Cereal bar

L. 2 vegetable burgers. Sweetcorn, green beans and baked beans. Cup of tea

Snack. Choc biscuit and crisps.

Tea. Gnocchi and salad. (Cucumber, cherry toms, red and yellow peppers, green and blacks olives, cheese cubes) cup of tea :)
 
9am- banana
Gym
11.30am- porridge with a spoonful of peanut butter mixed in.
2pm- 2 eggs
5.30pm- grilled chicken breast, broccoli, sweet potato :)

Yesterday-

B- toast
L - tuna mayo sandwich & crisps
T - Salmon yellow pepper, cous cous , green beans, kale
Late night snack - tortillas cheese and tomato sauce and crème freiche

Today-

B - 2 slices of fruit loaf
snack - toast
D - lentil & veg soup and a small salad
snack - banana
T- should be quinoa loaf and veg.

B - coffee
L- sausage and chutney sandwich (forgot my packed lunch)
D - Baked miso cod with white tea noodles and shredded carrot
 
that dinner sounds so good jessica - I really want to start eating a predominately japanese diet it all sounds so healthy! Hope your first day went well :)

Breakfast - 4, maybe 5 cups of coffee :wacko:

Snack - a bunch of crackers with peanut butter

Lunch - forest berries yoghurt

Snack with LO - grapes and a few raisins

Dinner - homemade curry with butter beans and chickpeas
 
Breakfast - nothing, not even coffee as my grocery delivery was late waaa
Lunch - cheese ploughmans from the canteen at college, double espresso
Dinner - sea bass stir fry with udon noodles
Snack - blueberries

d: steak with onion mushroom and lettuce
s: walnuts and sunflower seeds

drinks: pineapple banana and mango smoothie, homemade raspberry nectarines and apple smoothie

today so far:

b:special k red berry & homemade raspberry strawberry and plum smoothie
snack: dairylea dunkers
lunch will be a baked potato or salad
no sure about dinner yet
