just put my little girl to sleep and she woke up half an hour later for a bottle.. she screamed the house down so i ran down to the bottom of the house (live 3story) and made her a full bottle as usual.. come back and shes fast on.. will i have 2 chuck that now? seems a waste.. I know lots of people thatd put it back in the fridge when cooled but i know thats how bacteria can start.. just a bit of a bugger i guess.. what do u guys think? x

We use to pour it out all the time but now i store it in the fridge for 1.5hrs

IF she didnt suck frm it & u prepare it fresh u can keep it in the fridge for few hrs. I always prepare fresh feeds but if Omar refuses to take it I keep it in the fridge for few hrs until he's ready to take it xx

I make up feeds in advance and store them in the fridge, I know they advise against it these days but my daughter is fine. Everyone I know who has given their babies bottles said it was ok so I took their word for it!

thanks ladies i chucked it in the end as it was a prepared bottle and id already warmed it up so i just ended up chucking it- :-) I also make fresh feeds then put them in iced water and then re fridgerate them and warm as needed.. my girl"d squeal this town down if she had to wait! xx

Ur not a bad mum Sarah your one of the best mums i know! :Dx

this sometimes happens with Aliyah but after 2 hours of the feed not being taken i will throw it away..
end up throwing quite alot away..at night time she will take her full 5oz but in the day she just tends to snack really lol then the bottle becomes old so i chuck it and its like a vicious circle lol x
