Why can't I find one?!

Am I the only one whos really struggling to find a maternity coat?!
Im still quite early on (13weeks) But my coat doesn't fit me any more and by christmas I should have a growing bump and need a coat that grows with me too!
Has anyone seen any maternity coats around?
I can't find one anywhere!

No you're not alone. I've given up now as I only have 2 months left so.. I'll just need to freeze I'm just wearing a big hoody with a scarf and gloves and a hat

i havnt bought a maternity coat but ive bought a coat a few sizes bigger in primark!!

As I have only 2 months left, I've given up too!! Just leaving my normal coat undone, and using a scarf to keep me warm!!!

What I like about the 2nd one is that it has a panel you can zip out, so you can use it after LO is born too!!
Bargain!!!

do you have a debenhams near you? i know they are selling a coupe instore in the debenhams near me but they are expensive, i went to asda and bought a coat in a bigger size and i cant explain it but it sort of goes out so should fit till nearly term and i can just do up the top two buttons and leave the others undone if not lol

i couldnt find one anywhere but got a nice "normal" one in New Look for £55, just the style of it suited the purpose! Double breasted with buttons only @ bust - the lower part is open so plenty of room for expansion!!

The closest debenhams is about an hour away, Thats Devon for ya lol!
Ohhh now thats a good idea!
So many coats that are out at the moment are really fitted with loads of buttons, The ideal one wud just have two at the top lol!

Thats a lovely coat Tiggertea!! Andddd only buttons at the top which is ideal with a growing tummy!

I know what you mean!! The only shop near me that has maternity stuff is Mothercare and they don't have much atall, Its awful!

I'm really struggling, all the nice ones people have posted from new look etc only have size 8 or 10 I really need a coat that fits and doesn't cost the earth!

This is my 4th baby and I have never needed a maternity coat. I wear a hoody and lots of layers. I think the coats are so voer priced. Try eBay as they have loads and you pick up a good one for about £30 too xxx

this is mine, from BHS. Not a maternity coat but a swing coat so fits lovely over the bump and will also grow with bump too i love mine, so thick and snuggly

Yes I know! I really love the ones on NewLook but don't have any decent sizes!!
Going to have to travel and go to a BIG store!

I think the ideal coat would be swing but a long-ish one so it covers my growing BUM!! That seems to be getting bigger than my Tum!! hehe
