Why can't I get a bfp :( doctor has left us at a loose end. Any advice?

Hey all, basically me and my fiancé have been ttc for 14 months now so went to my doctor after a year of no luck and he told me there is nothing they can do as I am 22 and can't be referred to the fertility clinic until I'm 23!!!! Which is 9 months away! All he did was sent me for blood tests which came back normal and my fiancé had a sperm test which was normal too.
Now I'm at a loose end as we have no idea why we havnt conceived yet and I thought my gp might test for endometriosis or cysts as I have slightly regular periods and painful ones as well.
Has anyone experienced this or Got any advice please? Just don't know what to do now

Didn't want to read and run. I know how frustrating it can be not being able to conceive. Ive been trying on and off for 4 years and I'm getting so disheartened. I've only just turned 23. Really hopes it happens for u soon x

Most couples conceive within 18months-2 years. Have you been tracking your cycles and are you sure when OV is and that you are timing for the best chance?
There's nothing more you can do at your age unless you go private and I would save your money and keep trying for a while yet.
