Why does my milk smell?!

Does anyone know why this is? Sometimes my milk smells kinda sour? I don't express, I exclusively breastfeed so it's not like I've left it out on the side or anything...

It reminds me of like a baby reflux kinda acidy smell?! Anyone have any idea? It's weird lol I'm new at this .. My boy is now 3 weeks old

I know mine smells if I get it on my clothes or whatever and it's been there a while but not sure this is what you mean...? How do you smell it? Like just if it gets on you?

Maybe it's from nursing and it's actually babys breath/saliva that you're smelling (if you can smell it on your nipples or from baby) Could it be a sign of reflux?

My milk smells like caramel or some delicious desert! LOL - it's probably only because I've been dieting (healthy, low carb) and seriously craving my usual sweet, rich foods - probably all in my head but Id love to hold baby down and smell her breath after she feeds (I don't of course)
