Why dont my breasts leak?

Mine used to leak when my milk first came in... Then my supply regulated at 3-4 weeks, so I won't leak unless I skip a feed.

Lol you really don't want leaky boobs tho, it's embarrassing to get milk stains on ur shirts

My baby is 19 weeks old and EBF, I've never leaked a drop!

Mine only leaked this time for the first two weeks and even then not enough to need any pads. Leaking is NOT an indicator of supply. I leaked for 11 months with second youngest DS, and I had an oversupply/over active let down then but I do this time as well but just don't leak or get hugely engorged xx

Mine only leak if there super full and I put pressure on them..

Mine don't leak when I'm not feeding. When I am feeding, my other one leaks like mad. Early on I would have random let downs (not just a little leaking, like I felt the let down) and milk would go everywhere, but it quickly cleared up. It only happened like 3 times, and only when I was running around without a top or a bra on.

I leaked one time while breastfeeding my son but I've leaked a couple of times since breastfeeding daughter. All the times it only occurred when I'd skipped a feed (baby slept longer than usual). Other than that, no leakage. Like another poster said, it's nice not to leak. It in no way means you don't have milk

Mine leak if I am overdue feeding lo, if I am too full, if he cries just before a feed is due. & if I am putting pressure on them laying in bed, stains everywhere!

Ah you're very lucky! 5 months of breastfeeding and I still wear 2-3 breast pads on each boob! X

Sounds like your milk is regulated. Once I got past that initial first several weeks with both of my girls, my supply regulated to exactly baby's needs and leaking quit occurring. This time around I have extra room in the breasts (I had lost a lot of weight) so even when I am engorged I don't leak. Crazy. I am thankful though.
