why hello there nausea

Nausea has arrived. Seems worse on empty stomach so I find myself grazing. :/

It hit me just a few days ago. Travelling in the car seems to always set it off (had the same with DS), but I find it changes it's mind on whether it appears when I'm hungry, or even after eating.

Oh no I really hope this time I don't get it I'm a week behind you girls and thought i was doing well, pray I'm not here next week saying ms got me!
Does grazing actually keep it at bay?
