why is it still positive?

So I received my posotive yesterday at noon. And my pm test was just as positive so I figured it would be negative today. Well both my am and pm tests are still blaring positive today. How do I know when my ovulation will be? Do I go by yesterday or today?

Thanks. I actually ended up ovulating on cd 17 so I'm 2days post ov now. I only ended up with 2 days of positives which after lots of research I found to be normal.
