Why won't posts show up?

My post say they need to be approved by a moderator ? Is there a reason for this ? Never happened before

The link you have posted has been added to the spam filter. This only happens when someone has used BabyandBump for unsolicited advertising/spam.

Once in the spam filter your post will automatically go for review. On this case it won;t be approved for no other reason than the above.
