why would he do this?

basically the last time i had a leter from him he said he didnt agree to the amount of time i was allowing him round and wanted to go to mediation so i agreed so it didn look bad on me if it went to court. we have had no contact outside of solicitors in months and today i got a letter from his solicitos saying they are no longer instructed on behalf of him and if i wish to contact him directly then to do so.

he already got rid of his first solicitor and now he has got rid of this one. whats his reasoning for it? does he think that i will just agree to everything he wants at mediation and he wont have to go to court or does he still think hes gods gift and can do it all himself without there help?

i already recieved a letter from he mediation saying he has made his appointment. any ideas? x

Was he getting legal aid or having to pay! Maybe thats the reason or he is no longer entitled, Im sorry I dont know too much about your situation hun! I think maybe he is wanting to just go through it with you instead of courts and solicitors. Have you tried contacting him to find out why he has just left another solicitor. I dont really know because my situation is completely different. FOB sees Chloe and Jaycee at least once a week and he pays on the dot every month more than what I am entitled to!

im not sure wether he was getting legal aid or not.
i tried several times to come up with an agreement which he was happy with so it wouldnt have to get to this and he chose it wasnt enough. the only way he would be happy would be to have alice on weekends (this is what he said) and that was when she was a month old and i said it wasnt happening. so he said he wouldnt give any money for her and if i wanted any i could take him o court. i wasnt really fussed about it tbh.

but then a few weeks later i got a letter from him suggesting that he does have alice on weekends and see her in the week and i still said no and it has gone back and forth not agreeing. he was the one who decided to go to mediation (he tried to even get me to go before alice was even born!)

i know he wont agree to what i allow now when he has wasted 4 months of seeing her. he has to be in control and wont stop until he ges what he wants.
so i just cant see his reasoning in it because if he doesnt get legal aid and cant afford a solicitor how is he planning on taking me to court?

Hmmm! I think he needs to understand that until Alice remembers him and you feel happy what your offering should be good enough! Once you feel comfy then you can move to more visits. Mark has Chloe and Jaycee one day in the week and one day at the weekend but I dont really like him having weekends cos its my time with them! But I just let him to keep him happy and his family off my back!

maybe hes realised that if he goes to court and has refused what you have offered the judge would laugh in his face?
his lawyer probably disagreed with what he was saying and trying to get to be honest.
my lawyer said if she was my ex's lawyer then she'd tell him to accept anything i was willing to give.
the way he is acting also to me proves that your ex is self centred and doesnt have alice's best interests at heart. if he did he wouldnt not have seen her for the last 4months and he would have jumped at any chance he got to see her.

im ok about it i know its pointess because he still wont agree to anything. it annoys me how long he has pissed about for and missed out and so has his family. alice is a really sensitive baby and she cries at people she doesnt no especially if were out aswell and its upseing me to no when he comes to see her its going to take her ages to know who he is and will just be crying the whole time.
i think i have done everyhing i can and i didn think he would be so stupid and not see her atall just because he hasnt got his way. and i agree he hasnt got her best interest at heart and he never has. i have my first appointment with mediation 2moz to talk everything through.

i wish he would just make his mine up if hes bothered about her or not, if he was he would come and see her when iv said he can or he should just leave us alone. so far hes done nothing and if i had it my way i would keep it like that lol xx

no not at this one, this is basically to go through everything and to check that i qaulify for legal aid and stuff. he just makes me soooo angry!!! i dont know what he thinks hes going to achieve, i gave up rying to figure him out along time ago lol!! xx

yeah im the same. i dont waste my energy anymore. im never gonna get him or the things he does. someone else has to deal with that crap now x
