Will someone look at my attached BBT chart and help me interpret it? I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Not much to interpret so far sorry, just AF has started and temps are low and have been dropping. You've had one high temp. That could be because of waking later, having a fitfull sleep, being unwell, or drinks the night before hand.

When you ovulate, your temp will go higher than it has been. If it stays high for 3 consecutive days you will yet cross hairs to confirm am ovilation date. Then when af is on the way again your temp will plummet. Ill post a pic of one of my charts.

It could be raising because of ovulation, but I wouldn't bet on it yet. How long are your cycles?

So,e circles are empty while others are filled in. Filled in circles means that fertility friend thinks the temp is accurate. Empty circles means ff thinks they may be wrong. This could be because the temps was taken half an hour different to most temps. That can be half an hour early or later. You need to take your temp at the same time each day.

Also, if you know a temp is wrong you can disregard that temp. ive done that due to having wine the night before.

If ff isn't entirely sure of your ovulation date you will get dotted crosshairs. It could be unsure due to missing temps, temps not being at the right time, or only using temps for ovulation detection. So charting cm like you are will help confirm ovulation too.

It's a bit confusing at first but after a couple of months you get the hang of it.

Good luck!

Here is one with dotted crosshairs.
