Will someone please help me interpret my BBT chart?

I need assistance interpreting my BBT chart. I took and OPK today and it was negative. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How long are your cycles usually? Have you been temping at the same time every morning? With 3+ hours of uninterrupted sleep?

I have been temping every morning before I get out of bed and right when I wake up. It hasn't been the exact same time, but with two hours. My cycles vary. I avg 30 days, but sometimes I'll have a 28 day cycle, last cycle was only 21 days and that has never happened. I had a family member pass and I was very stressed so I believe that is why I started so early.
