I love Hazel because I feel it's not as common as Willow.
Just bare in mind that Serena Joy is a character in The Handmaid's Tale and she's not exactly a well liked character. I'm not sure if her name is the same in the book as it is in the TV show though.

Both very beautiful but Willow is much more common. I don't know any children named Hazel but I know about 10 named Willow x

The combo Serena Joy makes me think of the wife from Handmaid's Tale, who wasn't a positive character. Just FYI!
