I use

weak chamomile tea
4 drops of tea tree oil
squirt of baby wash

I sometimes use a squirt of baby wash, a splash of witch hazel, a drop of tea tree oil, a drop of lavender oil and top up with water. Recently I've been too lazy and have just been using either plain water or water with a bit of baby wash and to be honest it works the same really. I'm waiting on some of those soapy bits to try though.

recipe stolen from Green Baby catalogue:

3tbsp distilled water
2tbsp aloe vera gel
1 tbsp calendula oil
1 drop lavender oil
1 drop tea tree oil
1 tbsp vinegar

they say it can be stored up to 6 weeks. i haven't tried yet.
