Naughty OWbbles, slipping back to one meal a day!!!! Parehaps if you are finding it hard to eat more meals, find more healthy snack food that you can just munch on through out the day. Or buy some innocent smoothies and have a couple of glasses a day, they way you will get your 5 a day fruit and veg and its a good healthy energy boost. They have just started doing a detox one with blueberry, pomegranet and ansi in it and its yummy :)
 
I know :oops: Those Smoothies are expensive :shock:
