I took a nap before work and woke up to blood on my front teeth and dried blood on my lips... :nope:

I'm pretty sure it's from my gums, and I guess from what I read so far that's pretty common in pregnancy... But how do I fix it? I've been brushing (switched to a soft toothbrush) and using antiseptic mouthwash 3x a day!

Hi

I have no advice but didnt wanna read and run :S Can you see a dentist maybe they would help?

hope you get sorted soon x

See a dentist. If left untreated it could progress to gum disease. Unlikely but better safe than sorry!

I bleed too but only during brushing. I do plan to see a dentist ASAP just incase.

I have no advice outside of what pp's have said.

Hopefully it clears up for.you!

Floss floss floss! Flossing will help strengthen your gums and keep you from getting gum disease and gingivitis... Which also leads to stinky breath! And nobody wants bad breath.
