Had a really good scan, baby would not stay still!! lol He was on one side facing my belly and by the end of the scan he had turned a good 180 and looking away. US tech could not go in the order she usually does because he would not cooperate at all (so wiggly and moving and kicking - though I felt none of those movements). He also would not stop showing off!!!
He was measuring 21 weeks, so he is a few days ahead, but otherwise looking very healthy.
Doc also discussed the spina bifida results from my 16 week blood draw. She said it is very low about 1 in 59000 chance.
My weight gain still seems to be on track, although looking at it, it is heading closer to the 35 lb range rather than 25 lb range.
Overall it was a pretty good scan, even though the tech scared me at how much she kept pushing the wand into my abs.
Unfortunately I was also diagnosed with SPD and doc had no real way to relieve it. She suggested trying tylenol and a support belt. She did say sometimes SPD just lasts a few weeks and goes away, so we'll see how that goes.
