Work risk assessment? Advise plz

I had posted this in preg club!

I work in school kitchen and i told them i was pregnant as soon as i had the bfp because of the 2 previous mc. They stopped me straight away going into dining room to do the heavy lifting of the table and chairs but now im jst dont know what to do.
I got told by boss over my boss that once i have my notes to bring them in and show my boss and then they will organize risk assessment. I took them in last week and my boss just said i dont need to see them i have already told the bosses you are pregnant. Nothing more has been said about risk assesment.

because i m not in the hall im now having to do others jobs but they now today put be back on the same bit that i have moaned about doing for last 2 weeks because it hurts so much. Sick washing up sterilizer (sinks are so so low im tall that constant bending hurting tummy, the standing hurting legs, got surgical stockings now and on anti clot injections, the constant lifting of racks in and out of sterilzer)

Advise: my boss wont listen she says there nothing even inside me yet shut your moaning, and what you going to be like when u nearly full time. She doesnt have clue bout risk assemnt, i dont know how to get hold of boss over her. I have found an e mail add for the head of schools kitchen for county.

Feel kinda stuck. When should the risk assement be done?

I told my boss that i was pregnant when i was about 6weeks, the risk assessment has
to be done by 16weeks (so ive been told) which she carried out when i was 16weeks.

we have agreed that a risk assessment will be carried out every 4weeks from now on, i am now 22 weeks pregnant and my boss should be carrying out another one (i have been on two weeks holiday) so i will ask her to carry one out on my next shift.
