I work ft Mon-Fri and was wondering anyone else in a similar situation, how often does LO's father have them? Thanks x

I have no experience with this personally, however my brother has a child who's mother works Monday-friday 9-5.

My brother sees his son on a Tuesday and a Thursday. He picks him up from school at 3:30 then has him until 6. Then he also has him 12-6 every Sunday too.

I hope this is helpful? Sorry for not being able to offer any more help x

I was wondering if I should organise us having him alernate weekends then we both have a life outside and he already helps out during week. I just feel like my LO is rejecting me now as he is so grumpy around me :(

FOB picks my LO up and sees him on a Sunday, if he doesn't have one of his million and one excuses for not doing it.

Thats a good idea :) alternative weekends is reasonable and good for everyone involved. Especially as the FOB sees your LO in the week anyway.

I think you should do whatever you feel is right for your LO and yourself.

As for your LO being grumpy often around you, he won't be rejecting you. He'll just be going through a stage where he becomes abit moody lol wait until he's in his terrible twos! My nephews mum thought he hated her when he was going through it, as he always was moody with her. It's just because you spend the most time with him and he knows you best :) silly really x
