Working tax and child tax credits?

My maternity has finished now and I'm looking to start work again doing 16-24 hours £7 an hour....my partner is self employed and does about 60 hours a week £10 an hour. Will we be entitled to anything?? Thanks ladies!

You can calculate there and it will give you a rough estimate go down to the bottom and click 'go to the calculator'.

I dont think you will get any as you will more then likely be over the threshold for ctc

It won't always be 60 hours a week though, he's got 2 week coming up where he won't be working at all!

They base it on last years income at first which should give you a rough estimate of yoour OHs earnings
