I didn't know that there was a day for this I'll definitely be helping spread the word, it actually shocks me how little people know about it even people in the medical field. I was actually admitted to the hospital, hooked up to an IV, constantly vomiting and had a nurse come in change my IV and ask if I'd tried eating crackers when I got up in the morning, it blew my mind.
