Worried 13 weeks

Today when I wiped I had a tiny amount of pink on the TP I called my doctor and they didn't call me back :/ I'm 13 weeks today and this is the first blood I've seen. I'm also cramping tonight but I've been cramping on and off my entire pregnancy. Should I go to the ER or just wait and call my doctor again tomorrow?

My doctor (and now my wife's doctor) always told us that if there was ever an issue and he couldn't be reached to go to the emergency room. I know cramping and spotting is pretty normal, but if it wasn't brought on my something then going to the ER wouldn't hurt except possibly waste time. Better safe then sorry.

I've got a 'small bruise' next to the baby that could cause bleeding but wknt affect the pregnancy. I was still told to go to my gp or mw if there was any bleeding. They want to know I think x
