Worried - Bacterial Vaginosis First Trimester

I am 5w3d and had BV 2 weeks ago. About 10 days after I conceived. I am hoping it doesnt harm my baby....My levels arent doubling like they should Its so common in pregnancy though that I am sure the meds are safe. GL!

I have heard that clindamycin is okay?

I spoke to my GP this morning and am seeing her on Friday as she wants to take a swab, she said they would not give me Metronidazole as I am pregant, but that she would speak to gynae about it and see what they recommend.

I told her about the Balance Activ and she hadn't heard of it, so I am going to print off some info and take it along for her.

After having the antibiotics for it, it might be worth giving it a go to keep things at by.
