I am 6 weeks pregnant, and have had sore boobs, thing is today no sore boobs, not tired and cramping ... No blood but still very much feeling sick, what are the chances of it sounding like another missed miscarriage

My sore boobs eased off and came back again a day or two later. I did read that some symptoms will go as others appear. Give it another day or two?

What they said. These things can come and go. I think I only had sore boobs the second time around for a couple of days, tops (and then when the cat stepped on me. They still hurt when that happens).

With my first I didnt have any symptoms. This time round im the same, just tired more but thats just me in general these days

All my symptoms stopped overnight at 9 weeks and I was utterly convinced the bean was gone so I booked a private ultrasound and there was a strong heartbeat bouncing around in there.

As the others have said, the symptoms will come and go.
