Me and df have just a big row and afterwards I started getting cramps. With my 2nd loss we had a big falling out and it caused me to have an emotional breakdown as a result and a few days later found out our babies heart had stopped beating I always blame the stress I went through as the reason as to why as baby was measuring the weeks/days I was on the day that the row happened.

Now scared history might repeat itself :( Can't forgive df if he makes me lose another baby for causing me stress I really don't need.

Trying to calm myself down but am so angry inside and I know stress won't be good for the baby. x

:hugs: try have a relaxing lay down on the bed with some music on to take ur mind off things xx

Hi babytots, hope you are OK.

Don't think that it is true that things like arguments / stress can cause miscarriages - TV programmes always present it that way, really dramatically, and it is natural when things go wrong to look for a reason, but the books I have read by miscarriage experts say that there is no evidence for it.

That said, it must be really stressful for you, take care.

Oh huni am so sorry to hear you like this. Try to relax. I know how you feel as have just had a huge row with my OH and said similar things to him about stress not being good for the baby etc. and my blood is boiling right now but have popped on here to try and calm myself down. I think I am mega sensitive at the moment but he just seems to use that as an excuse as to why i'm so upset rather than acknowledging that he's being insensitive. I hope you can turn the day around and have a good eve. I am sure the cramps were just your body's way of telling you to relax or slow down, I often get that when I am stressed or overdoing things. Just put your feet up for a bit. :hugs:

xxx

oh sweetie :( :hugs: im sure that it was a coincidence before, there isnt any evidence to prove that stress can cause m/c xxx i know that isnt going to help you right now though. Go find a quiet, dark place to lie down and breathe, slowly. Zone out as much as you can, just drift off and listen to the elevator music in your head. thats what i do. how are you doing today? xxx

Thanks ladies got in the bath after posting and felt a bit better when I got out. Df has typically brushed it all under the carpet today and acted like nothings happened but had more important things to worry about so sod him.

Hopefully cramps where just my body telling me to calm down and nothing else. 10 days and counting til my next scan. x

hope ur ok xxx

I'm fine thanks sweetie had to take my eldest to emergency doctors today poor love has a very bad case of thrush.

Sickness hit me good today too so been trying my hardest not to throw up all day hence why cba with df lmao!

How are you doing sweetie? Hows gorgeous lil Morgan? x

Glad to hear you're feeling better after your relaxing bath and reassuring to hear your sickness is really kicking in too, iykwim. xxx
