Hello, I Im 9 weeks and cant stop worrying about everything. I'm having mild twinges, aches which I know can be normal- but I really feel like I do before my period starts, difficult to explain. its freaking me out.

Ive had 2 scans so far, one at 6 weeks and one last week that actually showed a growing baby at 8 wks 3 days. Ive never been this far along before and I went from being overwhelmingly happy.....each day since the worry has crept back in. Ive got another scan next thursday, Im just praying this baby is the one.

any advise massively appriciated xx

I got similar feelings - remember it is the same muscles that are stretching as your uterus grows as the ones that contract during af - so it can feel similar. The same is true of many of the symptoms being similar - they are down to the same hormones just in different quantities.
