I am continuously worrying about things now. I should just be happy I'm pregnant, but I am scared to lose the baby. Plus, I got my blood result back today and it was at 26.8, which the doctor said was good, but of course I wish it was higher. Then, I took a test tonight and the line looked fainter than it did earlier today. And I'm panicking about this stuff, which I know I shouldn't. It's just so hard to just let go and relax.

How have you handled your worries?

I've learned not to google when there is a problem and to try to enjoy being pregnant.

If the doctor says that it is good, it's good. And the line may be lighter b/c the test could have less dye in it :) Try not to worry. I know how hard it is not worrying, and it doesn't really happen until you see your baby. But, just try to keep busy and stay positive and healthy for you and baby! MrsWez is right, STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE! It is more your nightmare than your friend!

Hi Rebecca :flower:

I'm having the same problem you are, although my levels are at 1928 (as of yesterday) but I've heard hcg varies for every woman so try not to worry too much!

Thanks girls for the tips...I DEFINITELY need to stay away from Google more and just enjoy my pregnancy. I find I'm getting too caught up in the worries of having a miscarriage when the chances are pretty small (15-20%).

:hugs:

Yeah, and as each week passes, your chances get smaller, and your worrying goes a way a tiny bit. Soon you'll be headed to 2nd tri!

LHill2010- Thanks for reminding me of how small that percentage is. I will also stay away from google. I actually think it worries me more than helps.

I'm the same way Rebecca. I think it does get a tiny bit easier with each passing day. I also try to remind myself that the chances of having a full-term pregnancy is MUCH higher than the chances of having a mc. :hugs:
