Worse sickness at 10 weeks?

Just reached my 10th week and sickness seems to have gotten worse...anyone have the same experience, things getting worse around this time?

I'm 10+2 today. Haven't been sick at all until yesterday and just felt "off" and kinda carsick all day. It was mild but certainly a big change from how I've been feeling. I was just about to start a post about ms starting at week 10 when I saw your post. Maybe it's cause the placenta has taken over?!
