worst news ever

I finally got a call back from my fs but it was told the worst news. I have been told that I may have no more eggs left. My first and last ivf retrieved no eggs. She highly believes that another cycle with different drugs would be useless.
Ive only just turned 30 yrs old how can this be happening to me? Absolutely devastated.

I want to get a second opinion. Can anyone suggest a good fs in Sydney

I just wanted to drop in and say please don't lose hope.
I have known women with amh of 0.00 and 2 of them got pregnant.
All it takes is one egg and 1 sperm. Miracles happen.
Were you on max dose of stimms for your cycle? did they repeat the amh test? A lot of women in our situation respond better to the short protocol and max amps of drugs.
My 1st cycle i was on 3 amps of stimms and got 3 eggs. 2nd cycle 6 amps and short protocol and we got 6 eggs. Sadly quality not great so only resulted in 1 embie that didnt stick but we start cycle 3 in new year. I have no tubes due to 2 ectopics hence the original need for IVF.
I have been taking DHEA for past 6mths to improve egg quality along with large dose of vitamin E. Google the benefits ;-)

My specialist sent out a script for dhea today on my insistence of wanting to try another cycle.
I was on Syneral nasal spray to down regulate and 300cc of menopur for 8 days. My trigger shot was pregnal 5000. My specialist said that they were decent dosage amounts as anymore could reduce the egg quality.

I haven't done much research on dhea can you tell me what it suppose to do? Why is vitamin e needed? My fs didn't mention vitamin e. Should it also be taken as a supplement?

My heart breaks for you darling but PLEASE hang in there and as others have said and from my own personal experience doctors vary in opinion some labs are not accurate as others some tests can vary from month to month..

2years ago i was told i might have a benign tumour in my brain as my Prolactin was 200++ and it should be under 30.. i cried for days really believed this was it... the following month i did it again and it was around 18.. Than the doctors response 'ohh it could have been stressed that affected your result'

What i am trying to say is dont see this as an ending and dont take her words for sure.. it might just mean that the doctors need to kick start your eggs with a very very strong protocol and as Africa queen said theres many women that can just manage to produce 1 or 2 eggs and go on for pregnancy...

it must be very very hard to hear this from the FS.. PLEASE keep going and get other opinions..
