Hello mums,

I am a mom of 2 precious gems. My daughter was born in 2009, and my son was born in 2013.

With my daughter, it was one month try (a surprise pregnancy).

In 2011, we started trying again, 1 month cycle, I got pregnant...but sadly, miscarriage within 11 weeks of pregnancy. After miscarriage, it wasn't as easy to get pregnant again. Took us, 5 months this time.

I finally tried on my 5th cycle, the HCG injection (to release egg from ovary), apparently my eggs were too mature to release? If that makes any sense. The injection was a miracle, I got pregnant that month. My son was born in 2013.

Now, my husband and I wanted to go for #3 baby. We've always wanted 3 kids.

Would I need this injection again?? Anyone with this experience?? You think, my body would change now?? I will be asking for my family doctor referral for this fertility clinic, just in case, just to have this injection again. I wouldn't want to wait another few months, if I already know the case.

Part of me thinks that my body was 'whacked' because of this miscarriage. Like, it wasn't itself. Since, with my two last pregnancies, took me 1 month, but after miscarriage took me almost half year.

What do you think?? I need some advices here  You think my eggs are still too mature to release? Or, could it change? I don't know... ladies, any experience here?? THANKS!! I'm a worry-wart :dohh:

Not really sure hun, it could always be a possibility. Maybe it would be good to ask your gyno or specialist (whoever gave the hcg shot last time) and let them know you are ttc #3. Good luck :dust:

Thanks! Yeah, I'm calling them today, to find out more. I wouldn't want to waste away all these months, if I already know the case of my cause. The thing is, was it just temporary here? B/c of miscarriage? Could bodies change like that? I don't know
