Would you be worried?

This is a bit confusing... In march I stopped my evra patch me and hubby decided to try for #3 so last cycle was very dragged out had a few faint lines on tests temps stayed high, had a few pregnancy/AF symptoms. The temp dropped and I started what I thought was AF she arrived Monday (13th) and only lasted til the following afternoon...which for me is very unusual I normally have 28day regular cycles and AF is normally 4-6 days long so feel a bit confused...not really sure what's going on with my body.


Would you be concerned with a AF lasting just over a day?

You had a faint positive test? Test again today. Your AF doesnt sound like an AF.

I agree test again. I had 2 weird periods with my daughter I thought they were periods but they weren't. I was 10 weeks when I found out.

Thanks ladies, it was really unusual for me but mother only think that seemed Normal was the AF cramps they were quite painful. Just not sure what to do, don't have any tests either, the lines I hd where very faint some where very questionable so really confused!

sammynashley: Hmm, are your pre-O temps usually this high still? I see that they weren't as high pre-O last month as they are currently. I can only see your current chart and the one from April so I'm not sure what your trends tend to be. How long is your LP and cycle usually? If that was your period it's way more likely that O didn't occur CD15. When I was looking at your chart I actually thought O was more likely CD27 since your temps went up and stayed up CD28 and that would have given you a 13 day LP. Did you have coverage around CD27? Also, you said you got faint tests before so maybe a chemical actually is what the situation has been? Although I would expect a longer/heavier bleed. I dunno, lots of things this could be! I hope you can get some tests soon so that you can more than likely get a definitive answer. Will you get a blood test instead? Those aren't always definite either though lol.

Last cycle was my first cycle charting and first cycle off b/c so think it was slightly messed up, I agree with you about oving on the 27th but tbh I couldn't tell you if we bedded or not I have a useless memory I think my body may be playing tricks I woke up this morning and AF seems to have appeared again after a 2day break. So really not sure what's going on but I guess ill wait it out seems pointless doing tests when AF Has arrived again.

Scrap that... After 2hours the bleeding stopped and turned dark brown to nothing. I'm really confused and not understanding my body right now could this mess up ov?

I've been off the patch since April, it's never been like this before (been off it a couple times in the past) I'm a bit worried it could mess up ovulation.

Every time I have stopped any kind of bc I have had different stuff go on, even if it was one I had done before, symptoms were different. I had the exact same happen to me when I stopped the nuva ring the second time.

You mean you just went off it last month? Or was it March of this year? (per your OP)

I've heard many women say it took a while for their bodies to regulate after HBC. I haven't been on HBC for over a decade and only took the pill for about a year and it took some time, at least six months IIRC, for my body to level out. But I'm super sensitive to hormonal stuff. Lots of women go right back to where they were before HBC. Hmmm, time will certainly tell it for you!

Sorry I meant march feeling a bit brain dead today, I guess I'll just have to wait and see, still not sure wether to use opks this month. Me an hubby don't really want it becoming a chore.
