Where do you get yours?! & if you have children are you doing a theme?

I'm trying to find In The Night Garden wrapping paper, and of course, I can only find dark and dreary. I don't want to do princesses again, but will probably end up doing some kind of Disney as their wrapping paper is nice and bright.

I usually just get the 3 for 2 paper from Boots, M&S, Tesco etc etc. I get the nice thick ones though, hate the cheap paper that rips really easily :madgrowl:

Primark:) Around christmas they do all sorts of character paper for a pound a roll:)

i normally do clintons paper, i love anything with reindeer's on! and i think i got some from matalan's 3 for 2 too last year, i do like good thick paper!

for maddi last year i think i did the extra long mothercare rolls for her large toys, and everything else in winnie the pooh wrap. i normally do a theme to fit in with the xmas tree, and james always gets me princess wrap so he no's which one's which, its quite cute.

Oh and just a hint the paper that tears abit easier might be better for LO's to get into:winkwink: Otherwise you'll be do the unwrapping :)

That's true, I never really thought about that :dohh:

I was just going to say that Kaci- I usually just go for the tesco thick foily wrap but thought the cheaper wrap might be better this year so she can get into it easier! I do like a lot of variation of paper under the tree :D

Ditto! I don't see the point in spending loads on wrapping paper when it all goes in the bin in the end!

Probably princesses or WTP for us .. i usually do kids pressies in WTP.

I agree on the thinner paper thing though, muche asier for kiddies to get into

i like it all to match but not to bothered really whatever is cheap but looks good normally asda but this year will be a bit more child friendly as i normally get silvers.

im getting excited and stressed that im not ging to afford christmas this year

Last year I was in Aldi and they had Disney wrapping paper quite cheap so I got 4/5 rolls and still have a bit left over so i'll use that and just get whatever takes my fancy. I tend to go for cheap rather than pattern/character but I do like thick paper or you end up using twice as much anyway coz it just rips!

proberly QD's Cars paper for kyle, each family gets there own type of paper lol

I think I'm going to do a Christmasy design I like, maybe some cartoony looking snowmen.

I found Hello Kitty wrapping paper and bought it, but I don't want to actually wrap anything with it I love it so much :dohh:

i normally buy mine in the sales after christmas, so much cheaper. i normally get disney princess for the girls and wtp for the boys and anything else thats reduced.

Probably just whatever I see first/grab first! LOL.
I don't want to get something I like too much if he's just going to destroy it/try to eat it!

exactly the same the more i read the more upset i get burst into tears this evening at the thought of it. We're going away a couple of weeks before Christmas (wedding present) but its going to cost a fortune on top of moving house, furniture etc.

Asda is usually good for wrapping paper, and Im sure Ive seen ITNG yellow paper before?

Personally with having 4 kiddies i really think it doesnt matter too much as afterall it only goes in the bin lol. I like the disney wrapping paper they usually do in poundland and looks just as nice as any expensive rolls u can buy :)
