Hi All,
This is my first post. My husband and I were just married last year (I'm 40, he's 45). We're still healing from the loss of 3 close family members, so we've decided to wait until the 2 year mark to try to conceive (which would be May 2021), which will allow some time for grief and to get into a better mental space. This would be my first (although he has children from before our marriage).
Anyone else in the same boat (40 or over, WTT, first timer)? I plan to use this time to lose some weight, do some research on TTC, and get my home organized to prepare for baby. If there are others in this boat, how are you coping with the wait?
