WTT November/December 2021

Hello ladies, I'm from South Africa and 36 years old; will be 37 in April 2021. My boyfriend and I are WTT as we have a few debts to close and also plan to get married next year.

I have been feeling extremely broody lately, I see pregnant women everywhere I look and get a sense like I'm missing something by waiting so long, it's causing me alot of stress to the point of crying every time I think about it . So I decided to look for a forum where there are ladies you know what I am going through.

Any other ladies waiting until the end of 2021 to TTC? Let's wait together

Hey! I know what you're going through. We're waiting till May 2021 to start trying. We're also saving to buy a house right now, so trying to time it for both things is our main reason for waiting. If it wasn't for me being adament I don't want to have a baby when renting, we'd already be on with it now! The wait is hard. To keep myself busy I spend all my time virtual shopping for a baby thst doesn't exist yet. ‍ Can't help myself.

We're waiting until at least August 2021 till we TTC as we have two weddings and I don't want to be pregnant at those
However it will most likely be around December ish, it feels like it's ages away but will come round soon enough

Big congratulations on the engagement, are you planning to get married long? And of course all the best with the wedding. Exiting times to keep you both busy and going!

Delighted to join the WTT thread with others, such a relief to come here and share. I definitely had some of those blues a couple of months back wishing that I got a BFP as we tried around O time at my birthday in August and BFN showed some baby tears and a bit to get over but here's my story.

trying to patiently wait until 2021 to TTC. I joined here early last year to help with the mental angst, chatting with others who are in the same boat is so nice and helpful

I had a few things to tick off my list, like I wasn't working and living in a one bedroom apt. I've now got a job, started just in Dec. I've 6months probation to complete and we've just secured a 3bed house to rent (out of the blue) for a small amount more than what we had been paying in the apartment! Also could be possible to buy this property after 1year...

So things are looking good to try at the end of this year perhaps?

It's just..
I'm still in college, studying as a mature student in my 2nd year. Plus juggling work I'm thinking best wait it out until I'm atleast in my 4th year, stress wise on both of us..

We will be together 3years in a few wks so I also don't want to rush things but we have both agreed where we are at is good and to welcome baby #1 would be amazing if the timings right its right I guess. So the only contraception I'm on ATM is tracking my cycle. All going well so far.

This year will have plenty of more heavy thought. My body clock wants it last year lol. Looking at that spare room when we move will be the most difficult

Are you hoping to holiday this year? I've set back any plans for travel to next year not only bc of covid but we just moved so would like to get the house in the shape I want this Yr
