YAY! Positive OPK! Is temp dip a myth?

So I have been reading everywhere that ovulation temperature dip is just a myth. Any experiences? Dip to 96.8 today! Also I haven't been feeling well, will this halt o? Anyone have any weird o symptoms? I feel like I have the flu but without the snotty-ness. Maybe "sickness" is ovulation symptoms. I haven't ovulated in months according to ob/gyn.Very Very fatigued, sore, breast pain and bad acne (haven't broken out forever). EWCM yesterday but seems gone today.

I typically dip to my lowest temp on my O day....however, this cycle I didn't (that is saying FF is correct).....so I think it's one of those things...it could be true, or it couldn't :/

I've never heard of sickness as being an ovulation symptom though..

It was true for me. The temp dip at IMPLANTATION is what I think is a crock.
