Kinda came at a bad time though because my ovulation is over now, but no harm in trying

I just started using them and I love them! Super easy too.

How do you take them out?

 

[Milty]

I usually leave them in all night then take them out when I go to the restroom in the morning. If you reach in a hook on them and pull horizantal they come out easy. You don't have to reach far and works pretty well in that position.

I will say putting them in is better when laying down.
