Someone mentioned on another thread I posted that I should try protein shakes. I went out and got a pure, high quality whey protein today and made a shake that helped me in the first part of the day, I've been drinking tons of water and juice, had organic deliveries brought to my house and have eating an organic mandarin and an organic pear and am baking organic salmon to have with fresh organic cucumber and gluten-free bagel (was going to have cream cheese but not feeling up to driving as motion makes me ill) I seriously think that this protein shake has made my blood sugar stay level long enough for me to eat and drink all of this :happydance:

It's such a win because before all I could eat were the chips and pizza and yogurt and all that kind of stuff, and I'd go on a carb-blood sugar roller coaster and vomit. I feel so much better, not 100% of course, but much improved, so thank you whoever that was!
