Yes, stranger, I am pregnant - please do stare!

I get worse.....im not young, but people see my three kids in tow and then stare at me..... i get that almost everyday...it feels terrible....

I get all sorts of comments. "You look far too young to have so many kids" or "hang on, how old ARE you?!". You wouldn't ask that to an older mum so why is it socially acceptable to belittle younger parents? Age is irrelevant!!

I get the same thing!!! I hate it!! But im like "yeah, WE take care of ALL our kids witches"!!! So dont worry about your tax money!!

I'm not showing yet but have a feeling I'll be getting some of those remarks.
People are always pretty in shock when I tell them how old I am and especially look shocked when I tell them I'm married and have been for this long.
I have an engagement ring on one hand, and a band on the other, how do people miss it?!
Some people have actually asked me multiple times, like maybe I lied or changed my mind or something

Got the looks when I was pregnant with my first... I was 17.

I don't care how old or young you are it's rude to judge someone on their ability to take care of a child.

I'm waiting for the day I get those remarks when I start showing with this one. Usually I just make a face at them and they leave me alone :p Try to have fun with it, lol.

i'll be 30 next month and look a bit younger.. besides the normal stares, i had two guys walking past my OH and me the other week and they're doing some rather rude hand gestures that suggested that we must have had sex...
no kidding guys..we're in our thirties.
i really don't understand what the fascination is. being pregnant is sooo normal.

I don't understand why pregnancy makes people so rude either, on top of everything we are super sensitive with all the hormones so its the last thing we need!

You always have people that have issues with their own sexuality... those are the kind of people that got isolated from the real world by mom and dad and were told that the stork brought babies till they were 13... I luckily haven't had anything weird like that happen, just the stares, makes me wonder what's wrong with our society today... in the old days pregnant women were admired and respected, now we have to undergo stares and mockery? ... who said evolution was better?

Went to CVS today and caught the lady at the counter looking at my bump. When she looked back up and saw me looking at her she smiled, I just smiled back. It's not to the point where people are rude and the staring doesn't bother me that much. I still think maybe they are trying to figure out if I'm pregnant or just plump.
