Yogurt freak !!!

How much yogurt is too much ?

Max can have 2 full ones to himself there about 3 oz each ? but he can eat more if id let him ? what are the down sides to eating them ..I buy the ones with probiotics and other good stuff for them (minigo immunize +)

I don't know... I was wondering the same because Josh can't get enough of the yogurt!!! He loves it and goes crazy when he see what's in his bowl. He gets about 4oz of yogurt a day now.

I'm sure it's good because it's got a hell lot of calcium!

Hannah is another one that loves her yogurt, she has one for lunch most days. I have also wondered how much is too much.

summer will have one a day, i suppose you just have to watch how much sugar is in them, but im sure if they are baby yoghurts they will be fine! i also give summer rice pudding as a change and shoe loves that too!
