this may sound dumb i warn you. is it ok to give my 8 mth old those kid yogurts? here in the US they make childrens yoplait strawberry banana yogurt? i figure itll give him some extra dairy in his diet just wanted to make sure it was ok?!!? im clueless in this weaning process

We have grady taking Yogurt - we used Dairyland though.. We got it at Wal-Mart, but I don't know if it's a Canadian brand, so you might not be able to find it in the US ones..
But yep, I'd say as long as it's full fat and not using sweetner you'd be ok!
