I am finally getting Baby X to latch and feed a little bit for each feeding, so combi feeding for now still but getting him transferred to the boob slowly but surely. Only problems for now is that when he still gets really tired when he feeds, and when he done with one boob he won't go to the other, but he is getting better. I decided to set mini goals to get him to the point were we (hopefully) exclusively breast feed. Of course this starts at the beginning of his 2 week growth spurt.

Sounds like you are doing great. I combi fed for the first 5 weeks or so and have now been EBF for 4.5 months. As my supply increased LO took less of the supplement and I eventually decided to cut the bottles. It then took a week or so of pretty much constant feeding to build my supply but we got there!

Well done! My little one only ever fed from one side at a time, never wanted both sides in one feed, so don't panic too much about that :flower:

I was going to say this too. Well done on your achievement!

My bubba only feeds from one side at a time. The only time she takes both is before bed. Don't worry! :hugs:
