The CTN bottles are useless. Kalea gets such bad wind with then . She was alright the first week but now you can actually hear the air going into her belly.

I've changed her to something different now.

Did you buy the anti colic ctn bottles or the ordinary ones hun??

Im swearing by the dr browns ones.since using them once Tabs has had her fill i sit her up and a hugeeeeeeeeeee burp comes out automatically. We had some really bad wind issues so keep those in mind if the ones you have now dont help either :hugs:

we gave up on ctn too.. we're on MAM now

I first had the ordinary ctn bottles then i got the anti colic ones...they are so much better...it has made a difference to my LO compared to the ordinary ones...i was going to get Dr Brown bottles but it might sound weird but i didnt like the look of the teats for some reason...x

I have the MAM ones too. And shes been brilliant all night. Burping alot easier. And... they're PINK!!!!!

I have DR brown ones too but look confusing!!!

I swear by the dr brown bottles and will use them again this time if breast feeding doesn't work out.

They are fiddly but once you get into it they are simple to clean and put together.

I have the MAM ones , they are great never had a problem and ella alwys has acouple of huge burps too!
Oh and of course cos there pink ;) Lol , i got purple and pink ones!

The 4th set down Triple-pack 260ml Ultivent feeding bottle. They have a valve base to stop colic etc. She's not been sick since having these bottles.

I got mine from Boots. They have purple ones too hehe!

its expensive business swapping over though isnt it??

i mean my steriliser... breast pump.... and carry bags.... dispensers!!

It would be yeah. But I have a Avent steriliser which they fit into and the Avent carry bag, I'm not too worried about the dispensers. So all I had to change was the bottles.

they are useless (tommee tippee)! i actually think they made Ali's wind worse:cry:
i bought Dr Brown bottles the other day and what a difference. he has a lot less wind, gives huge burps after being fed and he is taking in more milk and it takes half the time. cannot recommend Dr Brown enough!

Hi all

My LO suffers from bad bad wind and lastnight was prob the worst night ever- 7 hours of being unsettled- between feeds and changing, she was screaming crying- taking out in the car would not settle her neither.

Ive just bought 4 of DR brown bottles and Infacol and hoping that this will help her settle better. Ive read so many good reviews on these bottles that its definately worth a try.

We use the CTN bottles and totally agree they are useless- my LO sucks so much the teat does collapse- which in turn means she is swallowing more air- giving her increased wind.
