well i was 120 lbs when i got pregnant.. put on 40 and Im down 20.. so i still got more to go.. as far as my trick.. breastfeeding i guess.. i haven't done much of anything else.. a little walking and housework..

oh and the jeans are a full size bigger than pre pregnancy.. i bought them cause none of my old clothes fit!
