Almost 27 weeks here. I feel huge and everyone keeps asking me if I'm having twins when i tell them how far along i am. Sigh..

Size of ur belly is no real indication on how big baby is going to b. My friend was tiny and had a 7lb 10 baby 3 and a half weeks early. My mw n consultant say I'm measuring 46-7 weeks lol will let u know how much baby weighs when he comes. X

I get the same thing! But my OB measures me and I'm exactly the right measurement. I think most people just don't realize the size of women get when they are pregnant. And I'm sure media doesn't help--supermodels that barely ever have a belly, Kate Middleton and her teeny pregnant self. Most women don't look like those women, from what I have noticed... So don't worry about them! Own that bump!

I love this thread! It is so fun watching everyone grow! Here is my 35 week picture! I spent the day today at the spa using my Mother-to-be gift from my hubby (prenatal massage, facial, pedicure), it was absolutely wonderful!

You are right, and neither was Jessica Simpson (at least with baby one). The media scrutinized them and judged them for having a big bump and gaining. A bump's a bump IMO, and they are all beautiful because of what's in it.
