Your Christmas Meal Plan?

Has anyone decided on their menu for this year? I'll be buying everything in 2 weeks and I wanna do something different this year.

We will still be doing the turkey, possibly some gammon too and maybe some other meat idk. I'm interested in what sides and desserts you are all doing!

We are having a lot considering its just 3 of us but I cant help myself I get far to excited, this menu has been planned for a few weeks and is subject to change

Turkey
Beef
Pork
Roast potatoes
Mash potatoes (for ds only who dosent like roasties the weirdo)
Mash swede and carrots (its the only way ds will eat carrots)
Roast parsnips, carrots, squash
Cabbage
Sweetcorn (for oh who wont eat any other veg)
Sausage and sage stuffing
Chestnut stuffing
Pigs in blankets
yorkshire puds
Bread/cranberry/mustard sauces
Gravy

It sounds a lot but I will only do one parsnip and one carrot as no one will eat that but me, portions will be normal sized, maybe

Forgot to add dessert, tradition in both our families so we have carried it on is trifle, to choose what flavour we write four different ones out (I do four because there are 3 of us) and whatever is left is the winning flavour
