Second for e.l.f. Their liquid liner is honestly the best I've ever tried, and I was a total Urban Decay junkie before.

Still haven't found brushes as good as my old M.A.C. ones. That's one place that cheap hasn't managed to cut it. I have one brush that's 14 years old and it's still going as great as ever. E.l.f. liner brushes are decent for toss away brushes, which I do with lipstick brushes.
