i own a property but cant afford to live there so its rented and i top up the mortgage.. we then get housing benefit for our rent were we are if tht makes sense!

mobiles are high as they are on the high tmob tariff of £40 per month were you get free wap and yr 0800/0845 numbers come out of yr allowance of £225.. oh only pays £20 as his is on a friends and family discount..

water is only over 8 months.. so £18 per month if over 12.

I want every ones elses gas and electricity prices!!, How do you do.
I barely use the Gas and Electric i use more using the Dryer i guess but nothing exsessive, I use N power and allways seem to be paying a fortune.

I live in newcastle and I live in a 3 bed house.

Its mad to see how much rent people pay. Its crazy how living cost vary so much in different regions.

You could get a fab 4-5 bedroom house on a mortgage as much as that. Have you ever considered buying or are house prices too high in your area? We were guna rent origianlly but managed to get a mortgage for only £54,000 when we were only 18 and 20. We bought a 1 bed flat. We did it up gradually and our mortgage was only £315 a month. When we sold it we made around 20,000 profit to buy our house for LO coming along!

Sorry about the rant just got a shock at the amout of rent people have to pay...

My OH works in london, he rents a 2 bed flat with his mate for only £270 a week ad in inclusive of utilities as well. But I know it varies from area to area in London!
