What are you all planning to do in the next 12 months? This could be any plans you have; studying, travelling, TTC or just general life stuff.

Will be quite interesting to look back and see if we all actually do what we planned :flower:

Well I went to college last week for an introduction to a Health Professionals access course, had to do a little literacy and numeracy course & she told us all about the course etc...so i've got my fingers crossed that I will be going back to college in September!! Should know in the next 2-3 weeks.

I'm back at work at the end of this month  going back to do nursery nurse work for an agency as theyre great and really flexible...quite looking forward to it I guess, socialise abit and will be great to have abit more money!!

The course in September is full time so it will mean giving up work and going back to basic money of tax credits but will get childcare paid for and hopefully OH will be earning a little more money by then!

If I don't get onto the college course, will be applying for my local tesco, which is in the process of being built, doing part time hours and apply for a course to do from home :)

What about you hun?

Ooh I hope you get on your course hun! And I think Tesco is a really good alternative if you don't, supermarkets are great for being flexible :hugs:

We're moving into our new house on 1st June, so it will be an early summer of rearranging furniture and making it our own. Then Little Miss will be arriving on the 16th July, my dad's birthday is on the 20th so we're having a joint bbq for him and Millie, so kind of a 'after baby' shower :happydance:. Then hopefully we'll enjoy a summer of lazing about in the garden and going to parks.
Hayden starts school in september, so we'll be shopping for school supplies and uniform and i'll no doubt be crying as I drop him off
6th Anniversary is in October as well as OH's birthday so we'll probably try to do something special and go away for the first time this year, thanks to OH's new job!

Well, I'll be going back to work this Nov but I really want to look into moving onto the next stage now. I'm level 3 qualified in childcare so perhaps do level 4 management or a access to higher education course to get me further as teaching is what I'd love to do. Also this year hopefully find a house and sell OHs flat.
Hoping to perhaps have our first family holiday away aswell, take baby to the beach etc.
I secretly want OH to propose properly to me too hehe, he already bought me a ring but did promise he'd do it properly and buy me a better ring, hope it's this year!

I have a lot I want to accomplish this year. I want to finish my spring, summer, and fall semesters in college (already completed winter semester), save some money, go on vacation with the kids, and get a job.

I'm moving this week coming into a 2 bed house with OH and Liam, so will be our first proper family home. I'm planning on starting a college course in book keeping in September. I have a holiday booked in October for a week in Yarmouth with MIL and rest of the inlaw family. They have paid for all of it for a month and were going there for a week. Hoping to clash that with OH's birthday. Our 2 year anniversary in November and OH has told me to get my passport sorted out by then. (I'm kinda hoping he's planning on taking me to Paris and asking me to marry him.) And I can't wait for christmas. It will be Liam's first.
I don't think I have any other plans than that. But there may be a few surprises.

My plans for the next 12 months are to excel in my career some more and get my house redecorated and refurnished gradually. We will be going on holiday too this year, so that will be our first family holiday. We are planning to enroll George in speach therapy by the time he is 3 if he is still not speaking and hoping we get some progression before we have to do that. Im also hoping to pass my driving test this year and get my pinky :)

Oooh it seems lots of us are planning on going on holiday :happydance:

I was a bit upset as we had to cancel our holiday to Greece (we go every year) that we'd booked for the end of June, but not too disappointed as we get our little sweetheart instead :cloud9: We will be going next year though :winkwink:

Niamh's being Christened beginning of June, end of June its our first family holiday :cloud9:.

That's all that 'planned'. But hopefully by the end of the year me and OH will be setting up home (possibly thinking about selling his house and buying a bigger one together), I'd love to go to Centre Parcs in October time too as Niamh will be 11 months and I think that'd be a great age!

I suppose I'll be back at work :'( Although I hope I can talk OH into letting me be a SAHM!!

I plan on going back to school in the fall, and right now I just want to enjoy my time at home with Quintin<3

My list isn't that long.
  • Graduate high school via distance ed/flexible delivery
  • Complete my Certificate III - Childcare
  • then start my Diploma in 2011

I try to set myself short and achievable goals, rather than long term goals. I'm the type of person that unless i have a sure fire way of getting there, i wont try. so by setting little goals to get to a bigger goal, generally helps me get where i wanna go :)

i turn 18 in august so hopefully will be looking into getting my own place then, then starting back at college in september to do a national diploma in child development, then next thing to look forward to is noah's 1st birthday next march :cloud9: and thats about it! hopefully taking him on holiday to centerparcs next summer too :D x

Got my driving theory beginning of next month so hope to pass that then pass my driving test.
then my lil princess's christening is 4th July, then hoping to go on holiday in summer and start back at college in september doing an access to higher education course fingers crossed!! and thats all we have planned for this year so far x x
