Thanks We are so in love!
This wasn't private, it was my NT scan, but we are so lucky to have a good medical system here.
I get my regular check up scans at my doctors, but the major ones, early and late anatomy, NT etc are done in a different clinic, by a doctor who specializes in scans. All their machines have a 3d/4d button, so he turns it on for us throughout the scan.

I've got other pics but you can't see anything as I think the best way to see nub is if baby is lying the other way, have put the full pic up though for you to look at.
