1 dpo - gonna be a long wait!

My name is Flossie and I am a poas-aholic. I have been sober for... well about ten minutes!

I know I know I know, it’s way too early and I didn’t even use an early test, just one of my 3for99p dipsticks. I read all your poas posts last night and it got into my system, I lay in bed knowing that I would test in the morning, that I was too weak to resist the call of the hpt! After the allotted 5 minute wait it was (as you would expect this early) a bfn. But the test said the latest you can read it is 15 mins so obviously like any addict I waited for 14mins and 30seconds before looking again... and there was the faintest of faint pink lines! This clearly doesn’t mean much but it is still giving me the teeniest tiniest glimmer of hope, after all I am part of a lucky thread .

I will try my hardest not to submit, but in my heart of hearts I know I will be testing again soon, I just can’t resist!!!

Congratulations baroness and xtra, that is fantabulous news . Let's keep the bfps coming ladies!

he same happenedme at 9dpo in he morning. Took nother an evap looking line appeared straight away. Took a FRER and fait of faint bfp. Today lines are dark at 10dpo and took a digital as i was fed up with lines and there it was pregnant 1-2 weeks. So it's official. I feel you will have a similar story tomorrow. Keep us posted. So excited for you.

Been feeling abit blue today, found out yesterday that my partners daughter may be having twins . . . life is unfair sometimes, she already has a 11 month old and now might have 2 more and she's only 20!

Yesterday had pinkish cm so dh and I to try to help the along and only got a streak of blood, so this morning woke up and nothing!!! Well now I am getting what looks like ewcm with a brownish tint, I guess is working on my patience this month!!! Oh went to Dr. yesterday cuz of extreme thirst for bout 5 days now my bloodsugar was high, doc thinks I have diabetes...Ugh Will find out at 5 today and if I am TTC has to go on hold .....Lots of to all

I hope everything is ok Anxious! I hope everything is ok. What was your bloodsugar? Was it a fasting level? I have hypoglycemia so I have to be consistent with what I eat and I manage it just fine with few problems.

As for me today... Had to leave the gym because I thought AF got me while I was working out. I didn't even bother stopping in the bathroom, just drove right home... come to find out it was a huge gush of white CM. I'm hoping I'm not getting an infection... no odor and it doesn't look like yeast and it was white... but I've never had an amount like that. Really gross, threw out my undies!

I'm pretty moody and crampy today, but that's right on with AF so I'm not sure what to think. I am due Monday, so I guess time will tell. Really really tempted to buy a test...

I hope but the weird thing is I recently lost 25lbs and have done a 360 on my eating habbits so I am a bit confused on what I will need to control it...I went from living in Tx and eating fastfood everyday to moving to Mexico and dropping 25lbs and never getting fast food ( maybe once a mnth) It is hereditary I know and almost all my family have it, Well I get the results in 1 hr and then I go from there...Does it effect the whole TTC thing at all?

Hmm that I do not know. I have a few friends who are diabetic and have babies, but I don't know their TTC stories...

Me, well, I have been lurking here reading about everyone's experiences comparing to mine and wondering.. what if!? So, I finally caved and decided to POAS yesterday and today and got 2 BFN so far.

I am however so very convinced it is my month especially because of changes to my body so far, my boobs (large, full, veiny, nipples getting darker and v. sensitive!) and my food habits (repulsed by things I would eat daily a few weeks ago and always hungry!).

I guess still a bit early to tell? Always a chance until AF arrives hey...

I hope you are all doing well!! I just woke up feeling starving, but haven't eaten because I have been on the verge of throwing up. Not sure if it is the lobster newburg I ate last night or if I am possibly going to get a bfp! Nothing else going on besides bbs still feeling sl full. I was super crampy last night but that's normal pre af activity. Tempted to test, but no $ to spend on them

Anyone else having symptoms?

so my period is due tomorrow to the 4th..i only say that because my normal cycles are 30-32 days..but last few were 28 days..so not sure. nothing for pms so far. normally i'd be pimply to all hell, but i am a bit moody..getting annoyed at DH for no real reason..but then he notices when i'm being irrational and apologizes for nothing...lol..yesterday i cleaned the whole bedroom (got allt he boxes empties from our move...9 months ago!) and the first thing he said was "where are my shorts?" argh!! that got me upset. i finally explained that a more appropriate thing to say would have been "honey, the room looks great! good job! have you seen my shorts?" lol... he apologized and we both acknowledged that we had really hard long days.. but that's been happening last few days. with AF..i get in a bad mood and that's it..i'm bummed the whole night.

boobs yesterday were odd all around the board. poking ouch feeling in nipple area..sore a bit likek AF but not as bad..so i still kind of feel like i'm out this month..but it ain't over till it's over =) i also had 2 nights of mild dully achy barely cramps last 3 nights (not typical with AF) and they go away..so hopefully mother nature isn't playing tricks on me..we shall see soon =)

Took another test today (another of the dipsticks, not meant for early testing) and it came up with the same really faint line so probably an evap line but this time it was there after the 5mins.

I’ve had really bad AF type cramps today, and feel like I’ve got a bit of a UTI but I don’t think I have as I drink a lot of cranberry juice. I have a FRER sat in my drawer but am afraid to use it in case I get a bfn, my symptoms come and go so I don’t trust them. I wish I could have a nice clear positive result or get AF early so I would at least know one way or the other.

I’m seeing my folks this weekend and don’t want them to know until after my first scan so maybe it’s good that I don’t know, if I got a bfp I might not be able to resist telling them. I must be strong and not test in the morning!

It is going to be a verrrrry long few days. Maybe if I can get as far as Tuesday without testing I will treat myself to a digital so no more ‘is it a line???’

To be honest with you, tho i have nice clear lines on my FRERs, im still only getting faint lines on ICs, they are getting darker, but nowhere near like the FRER, if you can afford it i would have a go.

I know I was trying to wait until Tuesday, but what can I say, I am an addict And like any good addict I climbed straight out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a test. No more dipsticks today though, I took an Asda test that can tell you up to 4 days early. I wasn’t expecting to see anything but there it was, after about 30 seconds, my Clear and bold as anything.

So now I will be spending the weekend trying to keep myself from shouting it to my folks!! I still can't quite believe it myself.

This really is a lucky thread. It's been great sharing the tww journey and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for those of you still waiting. Stay positive. Baby dust to all!!!
